We offer different return periods depending on the type of product or service:
- Digital Courses: 7 days from enrollment date for full refund, 8-30 days for partial refund consideration
- Physical Products: 14 days from date of receipt
- Subscription Services: Cancellation available at any time, refunds prorated based on unused portion
- Live Sessions/Workshops: 48 hours before scheduled start time for full refund
All return requests must be submitted within the specified timeframes. Requests received after the deadline will not be eligible for refunds unless exceptional circumstances apply.

Digital Courses
- Request submitted within the return period
- Less than 10% of course materials accessed for full refund
- No premium resources downloaded or accessed
- No participation in live sessions or one-on-one consultations
- Original payment method still valid and accessible
Physical Products
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- All original accessories and documentation included
- No signs of wear, damage, or use
- Proof of purchase provided (receipt or order confirmation)
General Conditions
- Return request must be made in writing via email
- Clear reason for return provided
- Account in good standing with no outstanding balances
- No violation of our Terms of Use

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Defective Items: We cover all return shipping costs for defective or damaged products
- Customer-Initiated Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Digital Products: No shipping costs apply as these are delivered electronically
- International Returns: Customer responsible for all shipping and customs fees
- Free Shipping Items: Original shipping costs deducted from refund amount
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
For returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged during shipping, etc.), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

- Completed Courses: Courses that have been fully completed or where more than 50% of content has been accessed

- Used Physical Products: Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging
- Gift Cards and Vouchers: Non-refundable once purchased or activated
- Third-Party Software Licenses: Software licenses purchased through our platform are subject to vendor policies
- Special Promotions: Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions marked as "final sale"
- Time-Limited Offers: Courses or services purchased during limited-time promotional periods

Physical Product Orders
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment
- Once shipped, standard return policy applies
- Contact us immediately if you need to cancel a shipped order
Subscription Cancellation
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for the current period, but future charges are stopped
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
Automatic Cancellation
Orders may be automatically cancelled if:
- Payment cannot be processed

Partial Refunds

- Content Access: Calculated based on the percentage of course materials accessed. For example, if you accessed 30% of course content, you may receive a 70% refund
- Time-Based: For subscription services, refunds are prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription period
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are deducted from refunds for physical products (unless the return is due to our error)
- Processing Fees: Some payment methods may charge processing fees that cannot be refunded
- Discounts: If you used a promotional code or discount, the refund amount reflects the actual amount paid
Refund Notification
You will receive email notifications at each stage of the refund process:
